Terms of use
Access to and use of the press kit of Stan Laurentiu / Atelier Stan implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the access, download and use of materials available in the official Atelier Stan press kit, including texts, photographs, logos, biography and editorial documentation.
Their purpose is to ensure ethical, responsible use in accordance with copyright and the artistic reputation of the owner.
2. Access and permitted use
Materials are provided exclusively for informational, press or editorial communication purposes.
Commercial, advertising, institutional or automated use is prohibited without express written authorization.
Any use must include the corresponding credit:

3. Reproduction, editing and adaptation
Press kit materials may not be edited, manipulated, cropped or recontextualized in any way that alters their artistic or professional meaning.
Any modification must have prior authorization from Atelier Stan.
4. Opinions, defamation and public communication
The user or media outlet commits not to make publications or comments that:
- falsify or manipulate the content of the material;
- damage the reputation or integrity of Stan Laurentiu / Atelier Stan;
- associate their image with defamatory, misleading or bad faith contexts.
Atelier Stan may request the immediate removal of any content that violates this clause.
5. Unpublished material and confidentiality
Access to unpublished materials, prototypes or unreleased projects entails a duty of confidentiality, even after their removal from the site.
Such materials may not be disclosed or redistributed without written authorization.
Non-compliance may give rise to claims for damages or exclusion from future collaborations.
6. Ethical principles and creative responsibility
Atelier Stan does not authorize the use of its materials in contexts that promote discrimination, violence, disinformation, identity manipulation or uses contrary to the social and artistic responsibility of the studio.
The user must ensure that any derivative publication is truthful, proportional and respectful of the integrity of the work and the author.
7. Artificial intelligence and automation
Press kit materials:
- May not be used to train AI models, datasets or generative systems.
- May not be used to create deepfakes, automated derivatives or algorithmic recreations of the style or image of Atelier Stan.
- They are considered human-assisted works, subject to significant human control and verified traceability.
Atelier Stan promotes transparency and human oversight in digital processes, in accordance with European regulations (AI Act).
8. Security and digital traceability
Atelier Stan applies technical security measures and maintains verifiable digital evidence of authorship, publication date and metadata of its materials.
It is prohibited to remove, alter or manipulate metadata (EXIF, IPTC or other) without authorization.
9. Download and use of files
Downloadable files (images, PDFs or ZIP packages) are provided "as is".
Atelier Stan does not guarantee universal compatibility or the complete absence of viruses or third-party errors.
The user is responsible for verifying the integrity of downloaded material.
10. Backup and retention policy
Atelier Stan retains backup copies of materials for a maximum of 12 months after publication.
After this period, it is not obligated to maintain copies or previous versions.
11. Updates and versioning
Atelier Stan may modify, replace or withdraw materials or content from the press kit without prior notice.
Only the current electronic version published on the official site shall be considered valid and up to date.
12. Sustainability and best practices
Atelier Stan integrates criteria of digital efficiency, environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion into its creative processes.
The user commits to using materials in accordance with these values and in a manner respectful of the digital environment.
13. Digital force majeure
Atelier Stan shall not be liable for failures, server outages, cyberattacks or incidents beyond its reasonable control.
These situations shall be considered cases of technological force majeure.
14. Intellectual property and international protection
Press kit contents are protected by Spanish and international legislation, including the Berne Convention, the WCT and the WIPO treaties.
The logo, name and tagline are registered or in the process of registration with the OEPM/EUIPO and may enjoy international protection under the Madrid System.
15. Limitation of liability
The total liability of Atelier Stan is limited, in all cases, to the economic value of the specific license or project related to the material used.
This limitation shall not apply in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
16. Arbitration and dispute resolution
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute through amicable negotiation and mediation.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding institutional arbitration before the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA) or equivalent institution in the country of fiscal residence of Atelier Stan.
The award shall be final and enforceable in accordance with the New York Convention (1958).
If the user acts as a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction of their country of domicile shall apply.
17. Partial nullity
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
18. Language and precedence
In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail as the sole valid reference.
