1. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of this website and press kit — including photographs, texts, biography, design, logos, tagline, portfolio and any other material — are the property of Stan Laurentiu / Atelier Stan or are used with express authorization.

They are protected by Spanish and international legislation, including the Berne Convention, the WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT) and the WIPO treaties.

The name, logo and tagline are in the process of registration with the OEPM/EUIPO, with the possibility of international protection through the Madrid System.

The authorship and intellectual property rights of Stan Laurentiu may be exercised, where applicable, by his legitimate successors in accordance with applicable legislation.

2. Authorized use of material

Press kit materials are provided exclusively for informational, editorial or press purposes.

Commercial, advertising or automated use is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The following credit must always be included:

Use outside these purposes may result in the immediate removal of content or claims for rights infringement.

3. Opinions, defamation and public communication

Users and media commit not to make publications, comments or disseminations that:

• falsify, manipulate or decontextualize the artistic or professional meaning of the work;
• damage the reputation, image or integrity of Stan Laurentiu / Atelier Stan;
• use press kit materials in defamatory, misleading or bad faith contexts.

Atelier Stan may exercise any legal actions or removal measures appropriate in defense of its image and rights.

4. Confidentiality and unpublished material

Access to unpublished materials, prototypes or unreleased projects implies a duty of confidentiality, even after their removal from the site.

Such materials may not be disseminated or reproduced without express consent.

5. Artistic integrity

The materials reflect the original creative intent of Stan Laurentiu.

Any manipulation, cropping or alteration that distorts their meaning or aesthetics may be considered a violation of the author's moral rights.

6. Artificial intelligence clause

Press kit materials:

• May not be used to train AI algorithms, datasets or generative models.
• May not be used in deepfakes or automated recreation systems.
• Their use in style analysis models or algorithmic imitations is not authorized.
• They are considered human-assisted works, under significant human direction and control.

Atelier Stan promotes transparency, traceability and human oversight in all digital creative processes.

7. Metadata, traceability and evidence

Files may include technical metadata (EXIF, IPTC or other).

It is prohibited to remove or alter them without express authorization.

Some images may incorporate visible or invisible marks that allow verification of their origin and authorship.

Atelier Stan maintains technical records and verifiable electronic evidence that certify the date, integrity and digital traceability of the materials.

8. Updates and versioning

Atelier Stan may modify, replace or withdraw press kit materials at any time and without prior notice.

Only the electronic version published on the official website shall be considered valid and current for legal and editorial purposes.

9. Reproduction and editorial context

Atelier Stan is not responsible for the use or publication of its materials outside the original context of the press kit, especially when they are modified, cropped or recontextualized in external media or platforms.

10. Security and digital force majeure

Atelier Stan applies technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity of materials and data.

It shall not be liable for interruptions, server failures, global cyberattacks or incidents arising from technological force majeure.

11. External links policy

This site may include links to third-party pages.

Atelier Stan is not responsible for the content, availability or security of such pages.

12. Ethics, compliance and sustainability

Atelier Stan operates in accordance with principles of professional ethics, diversity, digital sustainability and inclusion.

It has internal compliance procedures and a confidential ethics channel for good faith reporting of incidents.

The use of the site and its materials must respect these principles.

13. Technology export and software control

The use of digital tools or components on the site complies with international regulations on technology export and software control.

14. Compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA)

Atelier Stan acts in accordance with the principles of transparency and diligence established in Directive (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), to the extent applicable to its digital editorial activity.

15. Automation and third parties

Atelier Stan is not responsible for the automatic indexing of its content by search engines or external artificial intelligence tools.

Any such use must comply with the conditions of this notice.

16. Reporting infringements

Any person or entity who considers their rights have been violated may communicate this to the official email indicated.

Atelier Stan may remove or block content without prior notice in cases of improper or unlawful use.

17. Arbitration and dispute resolution

The parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation and prior mediation.

If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding institutional arbitration before the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA) or equivalent institution in the country of fiscal residence of Atelier Stan.

The award shall be final and enforceable in accordance with the New York Convention (1958).

If the user acts as a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction of their country of domicile shall apply.

18. Limitation of liability

The total liability of Atelier Stan to third parties is limited, in all cases, to the economic value of the specific license or service linked to the use of the material.

This limitation shall not apply in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.

19. Validity and document supersession

This notice supersedes previous versions.

Atelier Stan may update it periodically and publish the current version on its official website, which shall be the only legally valid version.

20. Partial nullity

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and applicable.

21. Language and precedence

In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail as the sole legal reference.
